Dees WT40 9/29/07 insight:
*50 Cent debuts “Ayo Technology” (#40). It features Justin Timberlake, who also holds with “Summer Love” (#23) and moves up 1 with “LoveStoned” (#4).
*Kat DeLuna also holds with “Whine Up” (#39; skipped track). Born to a Dominican family, she was raised in the Dominican Republic until her teen years, where she started taking off.
*Sean Mims falls 3 with “Like This” (#38). The follow-up to his Top 10 track “This Is Why I’m Hot”, it spent quite a bit of time on AT40 and R&R.
*Aly & AJ move up 1 with “Potential Breakup Song” (#35). A more explicit remake of this track released in 2021.
*Paula DeAnda falls 10 with “Easy” (#31). As expected, this is the single version featuring Bow Wow.
*Timbaland and OneRepublic’s single “Apologize” was played as an Extra. OneRepublic later recorded their own version of the single without the Timbaland production.
*Britney Spears debuts “Gimme More” (#29). This would serve as a comeback track, after going through a mental breakdown during 2006-07.
*Nelly Furtado falls 1 with “Do It” (#28). It became subject of reports that Timbaland plagiarized parts of the track from a piece by composer Janne Suni called “Acidjazzed Evening”. The dispute was later settled out of court.
*Black Eyed Peas member Will.I.Am moves up 2 with his solo single “I Got It From My Mama” (#18). He released 2 solo albums prior: Lost Change (2001) and Must B 21 (2003).
*Jennifer Lopez’ “Do It Well” was played as an Extra. It would debut on both WT40 and R&R next week, while it was a one and done on AT40 a month later. It spent 7 weeks on R&R and 5 on WT40.
*T-Pain falls 1 with “Buy You a Drank (Shawty Snappin')” (#15) and holds with the follow-up “Bartender” (#9). He released a mobile app called I Am T-Pain, which lets iPhone and Android users sing using the famous auto-tune effect.
OUTSIDE WT40/BEYOND THE TOP 40 (R&R):
*Soulja Boy moves up 3 with “Crank That Soulja Boy” (#22; 2nd week at #1 on Rhythmic). He later invested in several business ventures, including selling gaming devices (which became subject to scrutiny) and most recently, perfume.
*Shop Boyz fall 3 with “Party Like a Rockstar” (#40; Dropper on WT40). They were initially labeled as “Da Shop Boyz”, while on XM Radio, the track was labeled as simply “Rock Star”.
*Pittsburgh Slim bubbles under with “Girls Kiss Girls” (25 adds on Rhythmic; peaked at #49 on CHR). Only heard this a couple times on radio but the video for this track is…..interesting to say the least.
*Producer and songwriter Terius Nash, under the name The Dream moves up 5 on Rhythmic with “Shawty is a 10/Da S**t” (at #17). He co-wrote the 2003 Britney Spears and Madonna Top 15 track “Me Against the Music”, among others in the R&B genre.

Seacrest AT40 11/19/05 insight (A LOT to get into):
*Rihanna debuts “If It’s Lovin’ That You Want” (#40). It is a follow up to her debut “Pon de Replay” (#13) and last single from Music of the Sun.
*T-Pain debuts “I’m Sprung” (#39). His latest album On Top of the Covers mainly consists of covers of various classic songs, including the 1970 Ozzy Osbourne/Black Sabbath single “War Pigs”.
*Gwen Stefani scores a doubleheader: falling 8 with “Cool” (#38) and holding with her #1 “Hollaback Girl” (#37). She also moves up 5 with “Luxurious” (#28).
*Fat Joe falls 3 with “Get It Poppin’” (#32). It was his first Top 40 track since his 2002 Top 3 track “What’s Luv?” and his last to date.
*Madonna moves up 10 with “Hung Up” (#30). Sampling the ABBA single “Gimme Gimme Gimme A Man After Midnight”, the video featured Madonna dancing in a leotard and is the original longer version.
*One of the ads (and this week’s sponsor) was for Zicam, a brand of flu medicine once sold in disposable spoons (meant to be used mixed in with a drink). It gained scrutiny as it was causing those that took it to lose the ability to smell (anosmia) and taste (ageusia) as well as it’s deceptive marketing (marketed as a “homeopathic” drug), resulting in lawsuits and recalls. The medicine is still sold today.
*Missy Elliott falls 1 with “Lose Control” (#26). Featuring Ciara, it is Elliott’s last Top 40 track to date.
*Ashlee Simpson moves up 1 with “Boyfriend” (#25). The track was originally recorded with explicit lyrics, which was a likely a demo version.
*DHT falls 3 with the “Candlelight Mix-like” version of “Listen To Your Heart” (#22). DJ Sammy, Yanou and Do’s 2002 Top 5 track “Heaven” was played as an Extra, which was the original version.
*Frankie J also falls 3 with “More Than Words” (#20). It is the follow up to “How To Deal”, which was played as this week’s Double Play.
*Mary J Blige’s 1992 debut single “Real Love was played as an Extra.
OUTSIDE AT40/BEYOND THE TOP 40 (R&R):
*All-American Rejects move up 5 with “Dirty Little Secret” (AT40 Breakout; #21 on R&R). It is their 2nd Top 40 track and a follow-up to their 2003 Top 40 debut “Swing, Swing”.
*Beyonce moves up 8 with “Check On It” (#24). It was planned to be featured on the soundtrack to her film The Pink Panther but was cut and was instead featured in Destiny’s Child’s greatest hits album #1’s.
*Kanye West moves up 3 with “Hear Em Say” (#28), the follow up to “Gold Digger” (3rd week at #1; #2 on R&R). Featuring Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, it preceded a skit called “Wake Up, Mr. West” (which the final part can be heard as the intro).
*Shakira moves up 4 with “Don’t Bother” (#30). Her preceding single “La Tortura” was added by CHR stations in regions with Latino communities (later spread in some other places), which lead it to peak at #51 on R&R (one shy of Top 50). It was also #1 on Z100’s own chart (unsurprising considering NYC = very very very diverse market). That single also came in 2 versions: the original and a “Shaketon” remix, in which the reggaeton beat is more noticeable. It also had spins on Rhythmic, Urban (“Shaketon” version most likely) and even AC.
*Trina moves up 6 with “Here We Go” (#35). Aside from being featured in Trick Daddy’s “Take It To Da House” and Missy Elliott’s “One Minute Man” (both charting in 2001), it was her only Top 40 track as a solo act to date.
*Howie Day moves up 1 with “She Says” (#36). A French physics organization called CERN used his preceding single “Collide” to describe an experiment involving the Large Hadron Collider, which lead to Day performing the CERN version. This track is actually a redone version of a single from his 2000 debut album Australia.
*Three 6 Mafia debuts “Stay Fly/High” (#38). It is their first Top 40 track, being around for several years.
*Trick Trick moves up 8 with “Welcome 2 Detroit” (#39). No idea who this guy is but heard this track on a local CHR station at that time and from what I’ve heard, he sounded a bit like Ice Cube. It also features Eminem, who also debuts with his own track “When I’m Gone” (#29).
*Simple Plan moves up 3 with “Crazy” (#42). It was one of their few tracks that did not make the Top 40, alongside “Shut Up”, “When I’m Gone” and “Jet Lag”.
*Don Omar bubbles under with “Dale Don Dale” (WZBZ add; Most Added on Rhythmic w/17 adds). This was the Swizz Beatz remix featuring Fabolous, which got quite a bunch of plays on WZBZ.
*Dem Franchize Boyz move up 3 on Rhythmic with “I Think They Like Me” (at #14). This is the remixed version featuring Da Brat and Bow Wow used here.
*Lil Kim falls 4 on Rhythmic with “Lighters Up” (at #24). Her album The Naked Truth released the same time as her 366 day prison sentence on a perjury charge.
*Pharrell Williams falls 2 on Rhythmic with “Can I Have It Like That” (at #32). Featuring Gwen Stefani, it was one of a few tracks featuring Williams Crapping.
*Jagged Edge holds on Rhythmic with “So Amazing” (at #34). It features Julio Voltio, best known in the reggaeton scene.
*Alicia Keys moves up 1 on Rhythmic with “Unbreakable” (at #37). The track included references to celebrity couples including Ike and Tina Turner, Kimora and Russell Simmons, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett and The Jackson 5.
*Juvenile debuts on Rhythmic with “Rodeo” (at #38). Compared to his older tracks (especially “Back That Thang Up” and the more recent “Slow Motion”), he had a different style of voice for this track.
*The Purple Ribbon All-Stars fall 1 on Rhythmic with “Kryptonite (I’m On It)” (at #44). It consisted of acts signed by Purple Ribbon, including OutKast member Big Boi, Bubba Sparxxx, Patrick “Sleepy” Brown and Janelle Monaé (Had no idea she was signed with them).
*Wisin & Yandel hold on Rhythmic with “Rakata” (at #48). As said a while back, these reggaeton tracks on the pop charts came as a result in the genre’s stateside popularity in markets with Latino communities including NYC, Miami, LA, Chicago, etc.

It’s not often we get 2 Seacrest AT40 shows in 1 week so might as well tackle this one:
Seacrest AT40 4/10/04 insight:
*Nelly falls 6 with “Work It” (#40). It is a remixed version based on the AC/DC single “Back In Black”.
*Blink-182 debuts “I Miss You” (#38). It is their last Top 40 track to date and their first since their 2001 track “The Rock Show”.
*Kanye West moves up 2 with “Through The Wire” (#35). This was originally recorded while West was jaw wired shut (due to an accident in 2002), as this track is centered on his experiences recovering from a jaw reconstruction.
*No Doubt falls 7 with “It’s My Life” (#31). Their 2003 #1 track “Underneath It All” was played as the Double Play track.
*Frankee falls 3 with “F.U.R.B. (F*** You Right Back)” (#29). As mentioned a while back, this was a response to Eamon’s “I Don’t Want You Back” (#12), with rumors stating that track was about Frankee (which were debunked).
*Nick Cannon falls 5 with “Gigolo” (#27). Aside from his tenure on Nickelodeon, his 12 kids, his failed countdown, Cannon recently became subject to tabloids after a social media post by an ex-partner showing her feeding him a dirty chicken nugget with a used napkin.
*American Idol 3rd place Kimberley Locke falls 1 with “8th World Wonder” (#26). This is the original being used, with Dees WT40 often using the Hi-Bias remix of the track.
*Hanson’s “Penny and Me” was played as an Extra. This would be their last track on CHR, peaking at #50.
*Hoobastank moves up 15 with “The Reason” (#20). It is a follow up to their 2002 Top 40 track “Running Away” and their most successful track to date.
*Twista falls 4 with “Slow Jamz” (#19). Featuring Kanye West and Jamie Foxx, it would be the first CHR track for all 3 acts.
*Australian rock band Jet moves up 3 with “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” (#18). It was their debut (and most successful) single stateside, peaking at #29 on the Hot 100. They recently reformed for a tour performing all the tracks in Get Born to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the album’s release.
*D12 moves up 6 with “My Band” (#17). As stated, it was based on a false rumor that Eminem was the “leader” of D12. The video also featured references to Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” and “Superman”, 50 Cent’s “In Da Club”, boy bands and Kelis “Milkshake” (the “My Salsa” ending).
*Cassidy holds with “Hotel” (#16). Featuring R. Kelly, it would be the r*pper’s only track to chart on CHR.
*Lifehouse’ #1 of 2001 track “Hanging By a Moment” was played as an Extra.
*J-Kwon moves up 5 with “Tipsy” (#14). He was only 17 when the track released, which is ironic considering it is about getting drunk.
*Sarah Connor moves up 1 with “Bounce” (#13). Sampling Mary J. Blige’s “Family Affair”, it was her only hit stateside. Her most recent albums are in her native German.
*One of this chart’s ads is for Dannon’s Fruision “smoothie” (it’s just drinkable yogurt marketed as a smoothie) and their “trade in your breakfast” campaign. Another ad is for Rogaine, a brand of hair regrowth products.
*Evanescence holds with “My Immortal” (#3). They recently re-released their first album Fallen, featuring remastered versions of their tracks.
*Usher holds with “Yeah!” (#2). It features Lil Jon and Ludacris in their first collaboration. All 3 acts would kick out Britney Spears “Toxic” (4th week at #1) of the top spot next week.
*Seacrest plays a short medley of Spears’ singles in order of release (although he uses the original version of “You Drive Me Crazy”). He also reads fan letters to close the shows (something he did for a bit since he started) and his “mother” does the outro.
OUTSIDE AT40/BEYOND THE TOP 40 (R&R):
*Beyonce moves up 20 with “Naughty Girl” (OOTB/AT40 Breakout; #30 on R&R). This is a version featuring Lil Flip, which is interesting considering we only got the solo album version.
*Three Days Grace moves up 5 with “I Hate Everything About You” (#32). The video bleeps out part of a lyric (“After every hit we take”), possibly for TV airplay.
*The Darkness moves up 3 with “I Believe In a Thing Called Love” (#33; never charted on AT40). Never heard of this band or track until hearing this on a Dees show from that time but it used quite a bit of falsetto and has a higher pitch/tone than on the original album version. Lead by brothers Justin and Dan Hawkins, their latest album Motorheart released in 2021.
*Mario Winans debuts “I Don’t Wanna Know” (#36). It features P. Diddy and Enya, the latter being credited for the use of a vocal sample from “Boadicea”.
*Five for Fighting moves up 4 with “100 Years” (#38; never charted on AT40). It is the solo project’s first Top 40 track since 2001’s “Superman (It’s Not Easy)”.
*Rooney moves up 4 with “I’m Shaking” (#39; never charted on AT40). It is a project lead by Robert Schwartzman, alongside various members.
*Limp Bizkit falls 1 with their version of “Behind Blue Eyes” (#40). Both the Who’s original version and this version only reached minimal success.
*Toby Lightman moves up 2 with “Devils and Angels” (#46). It was a Top 20 on Hot AC. She also recorded a cover of Mary J. Blige’s “Real Love”.
*Katy Rose falls 1 with “Overdrive” (#47). It was first released on July 2003 on Hot AC (peaking at #36), while peaking at the Top 10 in New Zealand.
*G-Unit and Joe debut “Wanna Get to Know You” (#50; #9 on Rhythmic), while also moving up 7 on Rhythmic with “Ride Wit U” (at #39). The former is Joe’s first CHR chart appearance since his 2001 Top 15 track “Stutter”.
*Melissa Etheridge debuts on CHR Indicator with “Breathe” (at #48). She was diagnosed with breast cancer just a few months later, leading her to cancel promotion for the album Lucky.
*N.E.R.D debuts on CHR Indicator with “She Wants to Move” (at #50; 2 adds on CHR). A hip-hip/funk-rock side project of The Neptunes, they would not enter the CHR chart until 2017 with “Lemon”, featuring a r*pping Rihanna.
*Sugababes bubble under with “Hole in the Head” (WAYV add; Most Added w/29 adds; 1 add on Rhythmic). As mentioned before, this was their second track released stateside (after “Round Round” never cracked the Top 50). As for the lineup, it was Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Heidi Range (same as “Round Round”).
*Cyndi Almouzni, under the name Cherie, bubbles under with “I’m Ready” (WAYV add; 15 adds on CHR). She performed under her first name as well as under the “Cherie” and “Cindy Alma” aliases. As for the track, it was her only track to ever chart stateside.
*Angel City bubbles under with “Love Me Right” (4 adds on CHR). The name is not to be confused with the Australian rock band nor the LA-based women’s soccer team. As for the track, it originally released in 1999 but was re-released in 2003.
*Jennifer Lopez falls 2 on Rhythmic with “Baby I Love U” (at #21; peaked at #26 on CHR). This was a newer version featuring R. Kelly, which also got some adds on CHR.
*American Idol Season 2 winner Ruben Studdard moves up 1 on Rhythmic with “Sorry 2004” (at #26; peaked at #46 on CHR). He recently released his latest album The Way I Remember It in October 2023. Studdard’s debut single “Flying Without Wings” also peaked at #2 on the Hot 100.
*Christina Milian moves up 6 on Rhythmic with “Dip It Low” (at #42; 3 adds on CHR). Out of her 4 singles on CHR, this one would end up being her highest peaking (and most successful) track.
*JoJo moves up 2 on Rhythmic with “Leave (Get Out)” (at #43; 7 adds on CHR). Interesting to know that this charted there before CHR.
*Mr. Vegas debuts on Rhythmic with “Pull Up” (at #47; WZBZ add). This track uses the Coolie riddim, along with Pitbull’s “Culo” (at #38), which was subject to a lawsuit between both r*ppers as the latter track sampled the former track without authorization.

Dees WT40 12/6/08 insight:
*Jesse McCartney holds with “Leavin'” (#39). Interestingly, he is also this week’s only dropper with the follow-up “It’s Over” (peaked at #20).
*M.I.A. falls 4 with “Paper Planes” (#37). Her latest album Mata reflects on her Sri Lankan roots, mixing South Asian beats with Westernized sounds.
*David Cook moves up 3 with “Light It Up” (#35). It is a follow up to his debut single “Time Of Your Life”.
*Miley Cyrus’ “Fly On the Wall” was played as an Extra. It didn’t last long as it only went to #48 on R&R, 3 weeks overall.
*Dees tells a piece on the Top 10 most dangerous passwords to use online, most of which are obvious.
*Hinder debuts “Without You” (#32). Unlike “Lips of an Angel” and “Better Than Me”, this one has a more of a glam metal sound. Interestingly, despite it being this week’s only debut, Dees still calls it the highest debut of the week, a practice he does when a debuting track isn’t at #40.
*Taylor Swift moves up 5 with “Love Story” (#31). Due to her relationship with KC Chiefs player Travis Kelce, Swift’s fan base (the “Swifties”) skyrocketed throughout the sports world. It also caused skyrocketed viewership and ticket sales for NFL games (mainly Chiefs games), which lead to the NFL using Swift to promote primetime games involving the Chiefs.
*Metro Station moves up 2 with “17 Forever” (#29), the follow-up to “Shake It” (#40). The band reunited twice, most recently for a 2017 tour to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the release of their namesake album.
*Brandy moves up 1 with “Right Here (Departed)” (#27). She became indie not too long ago, releasing her latest album B7 under her own label Brand Nu. She recently signed with Motown for her namesake Christmas album.
*O.A.R. hold with “Shattered (Turn The Car Around)” (#25). This was their first and sole Top 40 track to date, while it peaked at #2 on Hot AC.
*Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale holds with “Love Remains The Same” (#23). He also recorded the 2002 track “Adrenaline” for the film XXX: Xander Cage. He also was married to Gwen Stefani at the time.
*T-Pain moves up 7 with “Can’t Believe It” (#22). The video featured a circus theme, referencing his album Thr33 Ringz.
*Kanye West moves up 1 with “Love Lockdown” (#20). Like almost all of the tracks on West’s album 808s and Heartbreak, he sings using the Auto-Tune effect, popularized by T-Pain.
*Lady Gaga moves up 5 with “Just Dance” (#19). This track is best known as the namesake of a dancing video game series, although it did not actually appear in the series until the 2014 version.
OUTSIDE WT40/BEYOND THE TOP 40 (R&R):
*The Veronicas move up 5 with “Untouched” (#29). This was their second track to chart here, after “4ever” peaked at #45 in 2005. The follow-up and last track, “Take Me On the Floor” only reached #40 (one and done in Kasem-run AT40 terms).
*Savage rebounds 1 with “Swing” (#32). Featuring Soulja Boy, the original version without the r*pper originally released in 2005 in New Zealand. It also was the first single by a New Zealand-based act to reach Platinum status in the U.S.
*Jennifer Hudson holds on Rhythmic with “Spotlight” (at #29). It was a #1 on the R&B chart and #8 on Dance Club.
*Mariah Carey debuts on Rhythmic with “I Stay in Love” (at #38). Her last single from E=MC2, this one didn’t last long here.
*Lil Rob holds on Rhythmic with “Lemme Come Back” (at #39). After “Summer Nights”, he would have several singles chart on Rhythmic, all of which only receiving lukewarm success.

Edit Swift's Fan Base AKA CULT! Went to the movies a couple of months ago and the Taylor Swift Era movie was playing. The theater was packed with teen girls dressed up like they were going to a concert. I thought for a second, what is going on? But the more I thought about it, the phenomon is really no different than music icon eras of the past - Elvis, Beatles, Michael Jackson, NKOTB, Backstreet Boys, N SYNC, and others much shorter fads. Or probably the closest similarity, Madonna.

The BIG difference is social media makes her much much worse. But wait until she does something they don't like & they'll be on her like flies on poo! On another comment with Brenda Lee being #1 I think of Don A Mikes joke on the song when I hear it.

Seacrest AT40 2/7/04 insight (First piece (of many) of the year):
*Usher debuts “Yeah!” (#38). Featuring Lil Jon and Ludacris, this would later be his most successful single to-date.
*Nick Cannon debuts “Gigolo” (#37). He currently hosts a morning podcast called The Daily Cannon, with a different theme each day.
*JC Chasez moves 1 with “Some Girls Dance With Women” (#36). This is the version featuring ODB, under the name Dirt McGirt, a name he would use until his death. It was also the sole debut on Seacrest’s debut show.
*50 Cent falls 5 with “In Da Club” (#34). As for why this track re-entered (alongside many others), Seacrest switched from R&R to some chart with no recurrent rule, allowing tracks that fell off as far as months prior re-entering (as was the case for his debut show).
*Twista, Kanye West, and Jamie Foxx move up 7 with “Slow Jamz” (#32). Interestingly, Seacrest mispronounced West’s first name as “Kane West”.
*Dido falls 1 with “White Flag” (#31). She tells a piece on the effects of illegal downloads on the music industry, which was an issue during this time.
*Fuel rebounds 6 with “Falls on Me” (#30). This track, as with Evanescence’s “My Immortal” (#19), fell out during Seacrest’s debut, only to re-enter the next week. Hilariously, “My Immortal” was replaced with the aforementioned band’s #1 debut “Bring Me to Life” for a week.
*LeAnn Rimes’ 2000 Top 10 (in 2002) track “Can’t Fight the Moonlight”, using the Latin pop remix, was played as an Extra.
*Sheryl Crow moves up 7 with “The First Cut is The Deepest” (#23). She was a guest on the show this week, discussing her greatest hits album and ideas for her next album.
*Justin Timberlake’s 2003 Top 10 track “Cry Me a River” was played as an Extra.
*Seacrest announces which films (in theaters and on video) and albums are released this week, a feature that was used for a bit.
*Outkast scores a doubleheader this week: Holding with “Hey Ya!” (9th week at #1) and the follow-up “The Way You Move” (#2). As said a while back, the latter single would kick out the former, a rare occurrence on AT40 that a follow-up track from the same act would kick out the preceding track.
OUTSIDE AT40/BEYOND THE TOP 40:
*Mya moves up 6 with “Fallen” (#31). It is a follow up to “My Love Is Like Wo!” and her last CHR track to date.
*Hilary Duff moves up 15 with “Come Clean” (#33). A remixed version appears on Duff’s 2005 greatest hits album Most Wanted.
*Limp Bizkit moves up 9 with their version of The Who’s “Behind Blue Eyes” (#34). It’s from their album Results May Vary, which features a different sound than their last material.
*Kylie Minogue moves up 6 with “Slow” (#38). Using an 8-bit inspired sound, it went to #1 in Australia, Denmark, Spain and the UK.
*Jay-Z falls 8 with “Change Clothes” (#40). This one didn’t last long on AT40, with Seacrest dropping the track after 3 weeks on.
*Mary J Blige falls 9 with “Not Today” (#44). Featuring Eve, this one didn’t last long on the Top 40 as it peaked at #35 for 2 weeks. This was also the first OOTB/AT40 Breakout track of the Seacrest era.
*Kiley Dean falls 5 with “Who Will I Run To?” (#45). The follow-up to “Make Me a Song” and one of the debuts on Kasem’s final AT40 chart, it would actually fall out of the Top 40 for a week before rebounding for a 2 week stay at #40. Also interesting that this one was not released on Rhythmic stations, as “Make Me a Song” was only released on Rhythmic (although, also in the case of “Make Me a Song” on CHR, Rhythmic stations still added this track).
*Canadian acts Widelife and Simone Denny fall 2 with “All Things (Just Keep Getting Better)” (OOTB/Breakout; #47). This was the theme song for Queer Eye (For The Straight Guy) and, for whatever reason, the 2021 Gold Cup, a soccer tournament for North American national teams.
*Ruben Studdard moves up 1 with “Sorry 2004” (#48). An actor, he also participated in several TV series including 8 Simple Rules.
*Lil Jon and Ying Yang Twins debut “Salt Shaker” (#50). It is a pseudo follow-up to “Get Low” (#18) and appears on the latter’s album Me and My Brother.
*Kid Rock moves up 3 on Indicator with “Cold and Empty” (at #47; 4 adds on CHR). From his namesake album, this was a country ballad about strained relationships while focusing on working a tour.
*The Offspring bubble under with “Hit That” (4 adds on CHR). This was a #1 on the Alternative chart.

Nick Cannon & R. Kelly - Nick Cannon a guy that needed to pull out a few times to avoid pregnancies & R, Kelly a guy that peed on his women instead of risking getting them pregnant. I think they needed a point in the middle? Also you didn't play it but there was a ad track after the promos talking about "free" downloads against illegal downloads. That Poo has LONG sailed now as today's garbage ain't worth paying to download.
