Very cool shows. Very warm and wonderful Christmas specials. Lots of stars are on there interviewed by him about their Christmas traditions. It's a fantastic series. I wish we had all of them. (I am not airing 2010 or 2001 this year, and I am missing 2009, 2003, 2002 and anything prior to 2001)

Didn't even know that there were different yearly shows... saw that after I looked at some of the other schedules. Also looking forward to your Christmas show (Jeff Michaels) and Tom Daniels as well.

Hearing AT40 this weekend from 12-2-78, will soften the blow of the screwed up 11-4-78 from Premiere a few weeks ago. The station I had it set to record skipped the first hour and then chopped the extras in the middle at the top of the hour.

The station I had it set to record skipped the first hour and then chopped the extras in the middle at the top of the hour. I hate when they play the 4 hour 70's show as most of the stations just play the last 3 hours. I mean will it kill them for once or twice a year to play an extra hour. I remember listening to the 1st hour of that 11-4-78 show though because I recorded the rarely played Theme From Wizard Of Oz by Meco followed by Funkadelic's One Nation Under A Groove. The best station I've found for the 4 hour shows is WPNC 95.9 as they play all 4 hours & extras too.

Sadly I just recorded those two songs on cassette but I'm thinking about trying recording now that I downloaded the VLC player. I might try the 11-3-79 show since it is the only show I have the records of to have a mp3 copy of it. I was going to say maybe the iHeart channel might add it but they would cut the 1st hour too. Update the VLC record button is touchy as I must've hit it twice as I only got about a second of the intro instead of the whole show oh well I did get 3 songs recorded on cassette.

Adam, do you still need the full 11-4-78 show? I have the full Premiere version with all 4 extras. Yes I would really appreciate that! Another user on the board sent me the Sirius XM version, so at least I could hear the show, but I would like to hear the extras too. I particularly remember the first one being Samantha Sang, which was rudely cut off by the station I was listening to at exactly the top of the hour! (I hate automation!) Let me know if there's anything you need in return.

LOL, yeah, Tom Daniels and I hate that one, But even though it's my station, I still try to mix it up.
Heck, on the new LP Chart Review show, there will be Crap albums that either hit #1 or are profiled as an extra. (First few months are set and ready to go... Somehow though, still no Pearl you know who!) Of course, I haven't seen them on the charts for the 7 years that we profile this calendar year, so....

That's what I always wondered about the LP Chart when Billboard started using Soundscan if they could keep separate tracking for stickered & edited versions of LP's because I always wondered what the ratio was on Crap LP's but I'm guessing the edited ones were sold at Wal-Mart some to people not realizing they were edited & then refused to be took back when they tried to return them.

Extras for this show are "The Gambler" "My Life" "YMCA" and "Lights" Maybe the one you have is an earlier version with different extras?

I'll be using edits, either ones I had to make or ones I dug up. We try to keep it clean on here, even though we don't HAVE to! Then again, when I get around to the outtakes show I am planning on, my outtakes would make George Carlin blush!

But it might be fun to put a few on the end each show; let me think about it. It's been funny how a few friends of mine and family have commented that there are no ERRORS on the countdown shows I do (duh! if they only knew). Actually I like the myth that I NEVER make any mistakes. Joe Cantello Cash Box Countdown

The Casey "Dead Dog Dedication" is his most famous but I think the ones with the station promos are just as funny one of my favorites is where he complains about doing promos in the middle of the F'ing game. It's too bad no Shadoe bloopers came out. A good live "blooper" I remember was on a live WCW Clash Of The Champions on TBS where during a match the late Brian Pillman slid out of the ring almost taking out the late Bobby "The Brain" Hennan who was announcing & the mic caught him saying "What The F Do You Think You're Doing".

I read about this...it wasn't a slide out of the ring that prompted Heenan's outburst. I think they were doing an interview or promo segment when it happened, but anyway Brian reached behind his neck for whatever reason, and Heenan freaked out because he was super protective of his neck - he'd had to have surgery a few years prior.

Lol, there's a few greats in wrestling. Mean Gene at summerslam yelling Boink it when the sign falls down and Sid Justice forgetting it's a live promo at the first In Your House event were classic!

Changing the subject here, but I gotta tell ya Jeff, that I'm sincerely enjoying these CIA shows with Bob Kingsley. I recorded both from last weekend and have been listening off an on to the 2013 show the last couple of days... What a great job they did with these. So thankful to be able to hear/own them. Looking forward to the rest of the holiday season schedules with all the other shows coming up.
