The Music Expert Retro Countdown features 1986 this week? What do you find to be the best duet of that year?

I vote for Walk This Way "Run DMC & Aerosmith"

I'd put both that and "Take Me Home Tonight" more in the category of, If "Featuring" Was More Prevalent in 1986.
I think of duets as more, each partner comprises an equal share or closer to an equal share.

Those count IMHO as there weren't many duets in the Top 100 of 1986, only three if you don't count TMHT and WTW.

Does Dionne & Friends & Eurythmics & Aretha Franklin count or is that considered 1985 since they debuted late in 1985?

Does Dionne & Friends & Eurythmics & Aretha Franklin count or is that considered 1985 since they debuted late in 1985? Dionne & Friends would be a quartet: Dionne Warwick, Gladys Knight, Elton John, Stevie Wonder. Eurythmics & Aretha Franklin would be 1985; they were out of the Top 40 by year's end.

I thought of another 1986 duet it only made #26 Hot 100 but made higher on the R&B chart Saturday Love by Cherrelle & Alexander O'neal.
